1:1 mentorship for the woman who is ready to live from her own authority with her power intact.
Trust what you know.
Want what you want.
Say what you mean.
Act accordingly.
You know your patterns. You know why you do what you do. You've done the work, had the realizations and breakthroughs.
And still —
you say yes when your insides are saying no
you stay when you know its time to leave
you know what you want, but the moment it asks something of you, you find a reason not to honor it
you know the answer, then ask five other people what they think
you manage everyone else's feelings and call it love
you understand the pattern, then live it again
Knowing isn't the same as trusting, and trusting yourself isn't the same as acting on what you know.
Somewhere along the way, you learned that staying connected to yourself could cost you connection with other people.
So you learned to override. Accommodate. Wait. Explain. Make yourself easier to be with.
You adopted the habit of leaving yourself.
This is the work: learning to stay. To feel what is true, trusting it and acting on it — even when acting on it costs you something.
Not by learning more about yourself, but by learning to recognize what is happening inside you when a habitual impulse takes over.
The Movement
This is the foundation we move from.
The Moments We Work
When you know you need to say no — and feel yourself reaching for a reason to say yes.
When you want something deeply — and immediately begin talking yourself out of it.
When you need to speak the truth, ask for what you need, or hold a boundary — and the old reflex is to soften, explain, or stay quiet.
When you know something has changed — in a relationship, a commitment, a direction, or within yourself — and you're standing at the edge of what comes next.
When you're uncomfortable, uncertain or afraid — and have to decide whether to abandon yourself or stay close enough to hear what's actually true.
Your liberation does not require you to become softer, more receptive, more agreeable, or more feminine. You don't need another person telling you how to be a woman.
You aren't here to hand your authority over, you are returning it to yourself.
Your lived experience has shaped you — there's wisdom in what you've survived, what you've chosen, and what you'll no longer tolerate.
Your body has its own intelligence, and your instincts carry information for you.
You're a woman who is becoming more and more unwilling to abandon your instincts in order to remain acceptable, comfortable, and connected to others.
The work happens in your actual life — the boundary you haven't held for yourself, the conversations you keep avoiding, the relationship you're questioning, the desire you keep minimizing, the decision you already know you want to make.
It happens in the moments you feel the pull to override yourself, and you no longer want to.
Whatever that moment brings is what we bring into the room — your body's signals, your grief, your anger, the parts of you you learned to leave behind.
Not as theory or something to fix, but as the thing in front of you.

In The Room
There's no curriculum here to complete, and no version of yourself you're expected to become.
This is a co-creation.
We move slowly enough to notice what is actually happening inside of you when the habitual impulses take over.
We move deeply enough to get beneath the story, the rationalizations, and the explanations you rehearse.
We move with enough structure that insights and breakthroughs become actions that implement change in your life.
Whatever your life is calling for we work on — embodied inquiry, ceremony where it earns its place, practices rooted in the natural world, flower essence support, and contact between sessions all through personalized 1:1 guidance.
The modalities aren't the point. You are.
This is your body, your life, your choices, and I am here to meet you where you are and build the work around you — not use a predetermined formula.
Feminine Descent is about doing the work your life is currently asking of you, on a moment-by-moment basis.
There are 3 different ways of being backed by me. Feminine Descent is not something you graduate from, but live through long enough for the changes to become a part of you.
This is for slowing down to establish a deeper relationship with yourself, and recognizing what is true beneath the noise, expectations and habitual impulses that have been running the show.
This is for getting underneath of the patterns that keep repeating, and changing how you move through your life. You'll have more space to practice trusting yourself, making different choices, holding boundaries, following desires, and staying with yourself beyond recognizing your habitual impulses.
This is about meeting you across the changing circumstances, relationships, decisions, and seasons that make up your life. Where what you've begun to change has time to become how you actually live.
3 weeks of active mentorship + 1 integration week each month. Every 4th month includes an extra integration week.
Is no longer willing to abandon herself for belonging, approval, peace, or to keep the comfort of others.
This is yours, if you are ready to:
Trust your instincts enough to act on them
Let yourself want what you want before deciding whether it is practical, acceptable, or convenient for everyone else
Speak the boundaries instead of rehearsing the explanation
Make the decisions without collecting outside opinions first
Stay with yourself when someone else is disappointed, uncomfortable, or unhappy with your choices
Take ownership for your life without turning accountability into self-blame
Become your own permission slip
Build a life that reflects what is true and real for you
This asks for your participation, not perfection or performance or becoming someone new — only a willingness to be honest with yourself, and let that honesty change what you choose.
This isn't for the woman who is looking for someone to tell her what to do. It's for the woman who is ready to find out what she knows, and live it.

I know what it is to lose yourself while looking like you have it together.
For a long time I was very good at living from the outside in. I knew how to read a room, anticipate what people needed, keep the peace, be useful, make the "right" choices, and overexploit myself til I was exhausted so that no one could be disappointed with me.
I was self-aware, doing the work, and could name all the reasons why I did what I did. Yet I was still self-abandoning myself like it was my full-time job and driving myself into the most intense depletion I had ever experienced.
I was so practiced at overriding my own body signals and instincts that I couldn't tell the difference between what I actually want, and what would keep everything around me feeling manageable, safe, and familiar.
I lived inside those patterns til I felt I was suffocating. Knowing something felt wrong, but talking myself out of it. Looking outside of myself for validation and affirmation of what I felt on the inside, or waiting for something to happen so I could affirm what I knew to be true but hadn't proved itself yet.
I followed so many strategies and systems, sunk into ceremonies and cathartic releases, and reached outside of myself for several years til I realized that I didn't need another person to tell me who to be.
I started the journey of turning towards myself and believing there is something deeply intelligent inside of me that is happening that no trauma, coping mechanisms or survival strategy I had learned could drown out.
There was a whispering voice inside of me that no person and no system was ever going to help me reach, except myself. I realized what I needed was someone who knew how to give me the space and stay with me while I walked the road of no longer talking myself out of what was real and honest for me.
That's why I started offering Feminine Descent, so I could give you a place to tell the truth, feel what's honest and real in you, and receive the support to act upon it in your life.
You need a place to slow down long enough to hear yourself, and to speak what's real and true inside of you before you've made it acceptable.
I want to see you want without immediately negotiating it away. I want to see you make the choice, speak the thing, leave the thing, begin the thing that you know deep down is real and alive for you.
I want to see you stay with yourself when those old patterns inevitably surface and ask you to abandon yourself again.
Feminine Descent is an invitation to live from what you already know, love — and to let that knowing change your life.
